Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return window, starting from the day your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, all items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including tags and packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified whether your return has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
